At SwingRite, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your SwingRite product for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the terms below.

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly through SwingRite.com.

1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SwingRite offers a 90-day unconditional money-back guarantee on eligible products purchased directly from SwingRite.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your purchase to request a return.

You do not need to provide a specific reason for your return.

Once your return is approved and the product is received by SwingRite, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned product, less the original shipping cost.

Our goal is to make the return process as simple as possible.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our 90-day money-back guarantee:

• The request must be made within 90 days of the original purchase.

• The product must have been purchased directly from SwingRite.com.

• The product must be returned to SwingRite.

• The product must not have been intentionally damaged or modified.

• The product must not have been damaged as a result of misuse or use contrary to the product instructions.

SwingRite reserves the right to refuse a return or adjust a refund when a product has been intentionally damaged, modified, or misused.

Normal use of the product during the 90-day evaluation period is permitted.

3. How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact SwingRite before sending your product back.

• Your name

• Order number

• Email address used for the purchase

• Product you wish to return

• Reason for the return, if you would like to provide one

We will provide instructions for returning your product.

Please do not send a product back without first contacting us.

4. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to SwingRite.

The original shipping charge paid when the order was placed is not refundable.

For example, if you purchased a product for $99 and paid $18 for shipping, your refund would generally be $99, assuming the product is eligible for a full refund. The original $18 shipping charge would not be refunded.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning a product. SwingRite is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

5. Refunds

Once SwingRite receives and inspects your returned product, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your payment provider, bank, or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

SwingRite is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, credit card company, payment processor, or other financial institution.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your SwingRite product arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please do not continue using a product that appears to be damaged or defective.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us understand the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, SwingRite may repair or replace the product or provide another appropriate resolution.

7. Warranty Claims

The 90-day money-back guarantee is intended for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase and wish to return the product.

It is different from SwingRite’s product warranty.

SwingRite currently offers a one-year warranty on parts, subject to the applicable warranty terms. A lifetime warranty may also be available for eligible golf products when purchased at the time of the original purchase.

Warranty coverage does not cover damage caused by misuse or human error.

8. Products Purchased From Other Retailers

If you purchased a SwingRite product from an authorized third-party retailer, marketplace, golf shop, or other seller, your return may be subject to that seller’s return policy.

Please contact the retailer where you originally purchased the product to request a return or refund.

SwingRite may still provide applicable warranty support for qualifying products purchased through authorized retailers, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

9. Exchanges

Because product availability can change, SwingRite generally processes returns as refunds rather than direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you may return your original purchase under the applicable return policy and place a new order.

10. International Returns

SwingRite accepts eligible returns from customers outside the United States, subject to the same 90-day return period and applicable laws.

Customers returning products internationally are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

International customers should be aware that customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges paid when the product was imported may not be refundable by SwingRite.

SwingRite cannot control customs or tax policies imposed by the destination country.

11. Promotional Offers and Discounts

If a promotional code, discount, free-shipping offer, or other promotion was used when an order was placed, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the returned product.

Shipping promotions and discounts do not create an obligation for SwingRite to refund the original shipping charge unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If an order received a promotional discount that was contingent upon purchasing multiple products, the refund amount may be adjusted to account for the applicable promotion.

12. Refunds for Multiple-Product Orders

If you purchased multiple products in a single order and return only some of those products, SwingRite will refund the eligible returned products according to the amount actually paid for those products.

Original shipping charges generally will not be refunded.

13. Gift Purchases

If a product was purchased as a gift, the refund will generally be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.

If you received a SwingRite product as a gift and would like to discuss a return, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

14. Safety

SwingRite training aids are designed to be used according to the instructions provided with the product.

For your safety, never swing a SwingRite toward people, pets, windows, televisions, glass doors, or other objects.

Do not hit the ground, golf balls, tennis balls, or other objects with the SwingRite.

If the product has been damaged through improper use, discontinue use and contact SwingRite.

15. Changes to This Policy

SwingRite may update this Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be updated.

We encourage customers to review this policy periodically.
